Shipping & Delivery

We work with fulfillment partners through AutoDS. Shipping availability, cost and delivery time can vary by product, destination, supplier and shipping method.

Delivery estimates

Where the selected product and destination support it, our current working estimate is 7–12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The delivery estimate shown at checkout takes priority.

Free shipping

Orders of $400 or more qualify for free shipping, where the product and destination are eligible for the applicable shipping service. Orders below $400 are charged the available standard shipping rate.

International shipping

We aim to serve customers internationally, but not every AutoDS supplier or product can ship to every country. If shipping is unavailable to your destination, the order may not be accepted or may require an alternative shipping option.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when it is supplied by the fulfillment partner or carrier. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears to be missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos or video where relevant so we can investigate with the supplier.
